The counter is real. If you are local you can collect, and if something is wrong with a spool you can bring it in.

The mill is on the towpath side of the canal. Come through the arch off Wharf Street and Bay 4 is the second roller shutter, marked. There is parking for three cars in the yard and a loading bay if you are on a van.

Quote the number on the spool flange.
Something is wrong: Send the batch number and a photograph. We will pull the trace for that spool and reply with it, whatever it says.

Returns

Unopened, thirty days, no reason needed.

If the vacuum seal is intact, send it back within thirty days and we refund it in full including your postage. If it is opened and it is faulty, we do the same. If it is opened and it is fine, we will tell you so and send you the trace that shows it.

Custom colours and reserved batches are not returnable, which is written on the order before you agree to it.

DPD next working day if ordered by 14:00. Free over £60 ex-VAT. Highlands and islands two to three days.
